RETURNS POLICY
All items must be returned in their original/unopened packaging due to the nature of our product and for sanitary concerns. We cannot return anything that has been opened or worn. Items must be returned with their original seals intact. Returns for undesired products must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Impression Services Ltd. is unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any undesired goods due to the nature and terms of any products bought during sale periods.
In the unlikely occasion that you get a damaged or malfunctioning item, we will gladly swap or refund it for you. If you get a damaged or malfunctioning item, please tell us within 7 days.
Before making any returns. For further information, please email impressionservices2022@gmail.com. Our returns department processes all returns within 14 working days after receipt at our headquarters.
Please keep in mind that while our lashes are created with love, each one will be somewhat different; nonetheless, this will be small. Please keep in mind that this is not a flaw, but rather a result of our staff' unique lash assignment of each hair.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be immediately given to your original mode of payment within 5 working days (UK) & 10 working days (International).
REFUNDS THAT ARE LATE OR MISSING (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is issued, there is usually some processing time.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at impressionservices2022@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If an exchange is possible, our staff will notify you of the following steps.
If an exchange is possible, the item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. We suggest that you send the item through a delivery provider that insures you of the value of the products for your safety.
If you are returning from outside the EU, DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES because there will be exorbitant clearing costs; we will either deny delivery or charge you the expenses. We will not accept shipments with duty charges unless the value on the parcel is recorded as "ZERO" and you write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the item itself.
Impression Lashes does not pay return shipping unless an item is incorrect or defective.

DISCOUNTS
Impression Lashes Ltd is the exclusive provider of discount coupons. Two different discount codes/offers cannot be used at the same time. There is only one discount/offer per purchase. Impression Lashes retains the right to discontinue any offer at any moment.
