How do strip Lashes differ from Magnetic lashes?

Whether you're tired of your current lash choice or you just want to try something new for a change, you're better off getting all the knowledge you need on both types of Artificial lashes so let's dive in!

Strip Lashes are pre shaped and pre-designed lashes that have been in the market for the longest time. They come already attached to a strip which you then apply to your natural lashes using glue.

Depending on the type of glue you use, strip Lashes are pretty easy to wear and take off with little or no makeup remover.

Magnetic lashes on the other hand are used by simply placing its magnetic end on the natural eyelash line.

Instead of using glue, magnetic lashes work by pulling the natural lash hairs to itself with the aid of the magnet at its strip end.

Both types of false lashes come in strips. However, they mainly differ in that magnetic lashes use magnets on pre-lined eyes while for strip lashes, you need glue.

  • Put some lash glue on the lash strip.
  • Wait for 20-30 seconds to allow the glue to become sticky.
  • Position the strip eyelash close to your natural lash line and leave it to stick.
  • Using a tweezer, press the strip lashes closer to your natural lash to make the bond firmer.

To Remove

  • Add a little quantity of glue remover to a cotton pad and rub on your lash line for about a minute.
  • Using clean hands or a tweezer, gently pick the tip of the strip and pull it off.
  • Get rid of leftover glue on your eyelash with the cotton pad.
